HJC Sports is a division of HJC Helmets. Established in 1971, HJC has specialized in manufacturing motorcycle helmets. Today, the company is the biggest helmet brand in motorcycle. Our helmets can also be found on the heads of MotoGP riders, F1 mechanics and Tour de France Cyclists.
Our bicycle helmet business is relatively young, founded in 2017. Within HJC there are a number of keen cyclists, and this combined with extensive specialized manufacturing experience, world class R&D, and our own in house testing facility (including a Wind Tunnel) means we are ideally positioned to bring the safety we have been providing for years to cyclists.
HJC is only one of very few helmet companies that are equipped with its own state of the art laboratory to test for aerodynamics, ventilation and noise. This means that products deliver on all of these criteria. Furthermore, HJC works closely with expert cyclists, and professional racers across Asia and Europe to achieve fit, comfort and safety whether racing, training or riding for leisure or commuting.

UCI HOUR RECORD
Victor Campenaerts 55.089 KM
In 2018, HJC collaborated with Victor Campenaerts, the Time Trial European Champion, to develop the ADWATT helmet. Victor wore the ADWATT helmet, in which he participated in the design and development, to break the UCI World Hour Record in April 2019, achieving a new milestone with a distance of 55.089 km.
For Victor, who competes without a visor in Time Trials, HJC created the ADWATT helmet to be efficient whether or not a visor is used, delivering excellent speed and ventilation.
Additionally, after numerous wind tunnel tests, the ADWATT has shown improved aerodynamic performance not only on the track but also on the road.
